Here is the instruction on programming Toyota RAV4 2019-2021 8A smart proximity key all keys lost using Launch X431 IMMO Pro/IMMO key programmer via OBD bypass pin.

Launch X431 IMMO Pro/IMMO Plus/IMMO Elite
Launch Toyota analog key simulator
A new key to be programmed
Procedure:
Select Toyota->Immobilizer/Keys Programming->Vehicle Mode->Other Region->RAV4->2019-2021 ->Smart Key->Type 9->Read immobilizer data-> Read immobilizer data (OBD)
Turn on ignition switch
Read immo data very fast
Save data
Generate Simulator Key
All keys lost requires to generate a launch x431 simulator key
Connect simulator with Launch X431 IMMO X-prog3
Select immo data read in step 1
Generating key
Generate simualtor key successfully
Add smart key
Turn on ignition switch
Turn emergency indicators on and switch ignition off
Confirm you have backup immo data
Load immo data again
Place the analog key close to the Start button
Program simulator key successfully.
Put a new key into Start button
Program the new key until succeeded.
