Problem:
On a VW Polo MQB 49 model 2019 failed to read immo data with Autel IM508, i have strong internet connection, try advanced mode, expert mode, smart selection all the same, waiting about 25 minutes and failed to read immo data. On autodetect recognises it as VDO NEC 35xxx, recognises vin but can’t read. I make upgrade new software about this but can’t read it. I made successfully Polo model 2015 on 7minutes. Do i need to pay online connection somewhere for vag group to get access?
Here is the clue:
99% you dash is RH850 based.
MQB49/5C is quite different to the earlier system on that 2015 model. No tool supports reading the immo data by OBD even with a valid key present.
AVDI + Avdi rh850 programmer will help you on that.
Or order a dealer key from your local VW dealer and use ODIS+GEKO login to program if you need a spare key.
