Problem:
It’s a Toyota Harrier with 8A BA smart key. I tried to unlock a xp400 pro with AUTEL IM608 but its not supported.
Board number is 231451-3014.
Can these be unlocked or renewed?
Solution:
This 8A BA key cannot be unlocked.
Either you have to use a brand-new key or use the special method that is available in tools like Keydiy KD-X4 and Lonsdor K518 to program a second-hand key.
For each key, these tools take around USD 5 for a special programming method.
However, recently Eoneboss introduced a tool called TLK-1 which can be used instead of paying 5USD.
