Here is the instruction on programming key for Ford Edge 2015 by Xtool X100C iOS/Anroid based key programmer dongle via iPhone.
Connect Xtool X-100 C dongle with OBD main test cable and insert into car OBD diagnostic socket
Activate and pair Bluetooth (check X100c User Manual)
Enter X100 C main menu
Select Immobilizer
Xtool X-100 C will detect vehicle automatically
Select Ford->Ford region (i.e China Ford)->Smart key system->Edge->2015-
Turn ignition switch to ON position, press OK to continue
Select Add a key
Open the hazard warning lights, press OK to continue
Please open the driver door, then close it. Then turn off the ignition switch, press OK to continue
Insert the key to be programmed into the card slot (slot in hand box or under cup holder next to the handbrake), press OK to continue
Program success. whether to program next one?
press yes to continue, press no to return.
Test the new smart key.
