Just finished a 2016 Dodge ProMaster City with active alarm BCM locked. BCM was on 5 month nation wide backorder. Programmed BCM via witech and dealer provided pin. I programmed a brand new OEM BCM. People were telling me it was a rolling pin code and only good for 30 minutes and that is not true. I programmed it 5 hours after obtaining pin. Used autel im608 to finish up all keys lost procedure. IM608 cannot read pin when the BCM is locked or has not handshaked with the rest of the system yet.
