Problem:
I programmed the Mercedes-Benz C class- W209 all keys lost with autel im508 on bench, using the vvdi mb BE key. I succeeded to got password through the EIS & Wrote the new keys, but when I plugged the EIS on the car it brought me that message, I programmed the keys & said key no. 2 but when i go to the test EIS/ Working keys , said this key is not working on this vehicle. how to solve this issue?

Solution:
Change key position, read EIS again and program again.
You have programmed your new key to a location already used by another key, that is why this information is displayed.
You will have to reprogram your new key, to another location (unused location), and the problem will be fixed.
Don’t waste your time waiting, the key will never activate like that. Had to reschedule it to another vacant location.
Had this issue last week. Erase the key and write it to another position, it’ll be fine.
NOTE: If w202/w208/w210 AKL key is not activated, it can take 4 minutes for activation . Or activate key with autel, in Key Function —> Activate Key. only connect xp400 , put key that you prepared – and activate with password and car will start immediately.
