Keydiy App Phone Number Has Been Registered Error Solution

Problem:

Need to activate MQB license for Keydiy KD-X4. KD App asks to do real name verification first.
When verifying the user information, it says the phone number has been registered and won’t proceed.
Any solution?

Solution:

Please provide us with the new mobile number. KD engineers will merge the old and new accounts, after which the user can proceed with real-name verification.
