How-to: VW DQ200 gearbox TCU cloning using Autel IM508/IM608 and Gbox.

 

 

Select Transmission Control Unit TCU->DQ200D TC1766

Check wiring diagram

Connect DQ200 TCU with Gbox and IM608 follow the diagram

Within 10s, disconnect 12V cable from PIN 1 and then reconnect it.

Read flash data

Within 10s, disconnect 12V cable from PIN 1 and then reconnect it.
Read flash data successfully, save data

Read eeprom data and save.

Then write flash and eeprom data separately.
