Problem:
It’s a Fiat Ducato 2018/2019. Programming by OBD is not supported by this model, so the user opened the Marelli box, read the eeprom and programmed a new key with Autel IM608 XP400 Pro via dump (programmer > write key via dump).
Everything worked well. He can start the engine, but the remote control does not work. BCM and keys are Marelli, remote control frequency tested.

Solution:
The remote and transponder have their own separate dealer data that is required for programming.
He only added key by dump. It does not register remote. The remote is programmed together with transponder by obd.
Obd reading of immo data is not possible. Now he has all the data. Use the eeprom data to make the dealer key.
Once you prepare dealer key on bench, you learn with pincode (bottom left ) via obd. It should work.
You get the pin from the eeprom data. Then you have to add remote key and chip to the vehicle via OBD.
If aftermarket key you need to swap between Marelli and Delphi. Hold both lock and unlock buttons for 5 seconds min.release one button while still holding other press the button you released 3 times for Delphi 4 times for Marelli, then let go of all buttons. Job done. May have to reprogram the key afterwards.
